Website analytics

I use Google Analytics on getmoderncounseling.com to understand general website traffic and which pages help visitors decide whether to reach out. My hosting and security providers may also process basic technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website. This information may include device type, browser, approximate location, referring source, pages viewed, and button interactions.

Analytics is limited to public informational pages and does not run on the Start Here consultation page or private design previews. Events are designed not to include form responses, information entered into another service, or URL search terms. A consultation event records that a visitor selected a Start Here link from another page; it does not confirm that a form was submitted or that care began.

Consultation requests

The consultation form is provided through Google Forms. Responses are stored privately in the practice's Google Workspace and reviewed in Google Forms. New-response email notifications are generic and do not include the submitted answers.

Please share only the information needed for me to contact you. Do not include detailed clinical, treatment, trauma, or safety information. Submitting the form does not establish a therapist-client relationship, guarantee an appointment, or guarantee insurance coverage. The form and email are not monitored as crisis services.

This website links to external services, including Google, Cloudflare, Psychology Today, and Florida’s license-verification portal. Their privacy practices apply when you visit those services.
